OK let me try and make some sort of report on the day that makes sense.

First for all the lovely Nutters (members of THE BEAR NUTS FORUM) I chatted with, thank you for making my day and I apologies in advance for not remembering all your names, I'm afraid it's not my strong point.

Arriving at London Bridge and walking down to the Dungeon just before 11:30, being only my second event after Greystoke. I was expecting to find lots of BTB logo t-shirts on show to make it easy for me to pick out the collectors from the tourist but no, mind it was somewhat cold. The gathering outside the Auberge slowly increased in numbers then the main man, our Pete, appeared from the Dungeon and came across to meet old and new friends alike. At this point I'd like to say a big thank you to Pete as I thrust my mobile into his hand to have a word with Maggi and actually remembering the last time it was the other way round, thank you Pete for taking the time, very much appreciated.

Anyway I digress, soon we were ushered across to the queuing point outside the Dungeon and it was not long to wait for the now famous Mr. Bear to appear. His antics are to many to list them all but to list a few there was standing in the middle of Tooley street and dropping his pants as a London Taxi bore down on him, then there was the banging on the Securicor cash in transit van expecting the money to be handed out, then jumping on a London bus. I really thought the driver would close the doors and carry him away from all his fans many of whom were making out like the paparazzi with camera flashes going off one after another.

Mr Bear (the infamous Mr Bear)

Eventually the tour of the Dungeons began, I will not dwell on that as it was the first time I'd been on a Dungeon tour, I'm not sure what I expected but it did seem to go on forever. Most of those I spoke to were glad to get out and sit down in the warm welcoming Auberge Bar.

As I said at the beginning thank you for those Nutters I met for the first time, it was just like being with old friends, special mention to Dee Dee & Alan, Mad Bear Hunter and wife, Simon and wife and I think if I got it right Martin (scunner) I did say I was bad with names, Rick (TTFB).

Finally it was lovely to say hello for the first time and chat with the Boss! Gemma and partner  Chris. For without their dedication to Bad Taste Bears the No.1 site for information and the best forum on the web THE BEAR NUTS would not exists for the pleasure of all BTB collectors. For others I chatted with, sorry I did not get your names.

Needless to say there were more antics from Mr. Bear in the bar, and Pete circulating taking the time to chat with so many collectors, loads of photo opportunities for everyone.

Mr Bear pants round his ankles yet again & at the bar - Pete is that cola?

Hope this gives you a flavour of the day, I'm sure your agree after reading through this that reporting is not my skill ....lol.
